How to Cancel Trip

To cancel a previously booked flight, hotel, or car rental reservation, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Reservation:

    • On the Home page, click the Reservation tab.

    • Find the trip you wish to cancel and click the trip title to expand the details.

  2. Initiate Cancellation:

    • Click Cancel Trip.

  1. Confirm Cancellation:

    • Click Confirm Cancellation to proceed with canceling the reservation, or click Cancel to keep the original booking.

  1.  Click Done when finished.  

When a trip is canceled:

  • Notification:

    • An email will be sent to the traveler with the details of the trip cancellation.

  • Status Update:

    • The trip will be moved to the Archive section.

    • The status of the trip will be updated to Cancelled.
