Managing Unused Tickets on Classic Deem

Managing Unused Tickets on Classic Deem

Deem simplifies the process of applying unused tickets to your bookings. With just a few steps, you can easily use your unused tickets to offset the cost of new flights.

Locating Unused Tickets:

  • Navigate to the Unused Tickets tab at the top of the home page.

  • Unused tickets will be displayed with details including vendor (e.g., Airline), ticket number, record locator, expiration date, original cost, change fee, and status.

  • You can sort the list by clicking on the column headings.

Status Changes:

  • After an unused ticket is used, its status will update to "Pending Exchange."

Applying the Value of the Unused Ticket:

  • During the booking process, the estimated value of the unused ticket will be shown.

  • This value will be applied towards the purchase price on the Purchase page.

  • The final validation of the unused ticket value will occur at ticketing and will be reflected on the agency’s invoice.
