Updating Your Account Information on Classic Deem

To open the Account page, hover your pointer over the "Home" tab and select Account from the list.  Â
Adding or Editing Contact Details
To add or update your contact details, including home and business addresses, follow these steps:
Access the Contact Details Section:
Locate the section for contact information. If no details have been entered yet, you will see an Add button. If details are already present, you'll see an Edit button.
Open the Addresses and Phone Numbers Page:
Click the Add or Edit button to navigate to the Addresses and Phone Numbers page.
Input or Modify Details:
On this page, you can enter or change addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses for both home and business.
You can also specify a confirmation email to be sent to either the profile email address or an alternative email address entered in the "A different email address" field.
Save Your Changes:
Click the Save button to apply your updates.
Updating Personal Details
Edit Personal Information:
Click Edit personal info to modify your name, date of birth, and gender. Use the name that matches your driver’s license and/or passport to ensure it can be used for flight purchases and other personal identification needs.
Update Emergency Contact:
Click Edit emergency contact to enter or update your emergency contact information.
Change Password:
Click Change Password to update your password.
Save Changes:
Click the Save button to apply and save your updates.
Adding or Editing Payment Cards
To add or update your payment card information, follow these steps:
Access Payment Card Section:
Click the Add or Edit button next to "Payment cards" (the Add button will appear if no card information has been entered yet).
Enter Card Information:
Input the required details for each card, including:
Cardholder’s name (as it appears on the card)
Card type
Card number
Expiration date
Name the Card:
In the "Name this card" field, create a unique name for the card. This name will be used in drop-down menus to help you easily select the card.
Add Billing Address:
Enter the billing address associated with the card.
Set Expiration Alert:
In the Expiration Alert section, choose the number of months before the card expires to receive a notification, or select "Never" if you do not wish to receive alerts.
Alerts will appear on the Homepage in the upper right-hand corner.
Save Your Changes:
Click the Save button to finalize and save your updates.
Selecting a Default Card
Choose Default Card:
From the drop-down menu next to Flights and Hotel, select your preferred default card.
Air Default:
If your company has configured a company card as mandatory for air travel, you will not be able to set a card from your profile as the default for flights.
If your company has not configured a company card you will select your card as the default card.
Hotel Default:
If a corporate card is set as the default for hotels, it will be used to guarantee your hotel stay. However, you will still need to provide a credit card at check-in for any incidental charges.

Delegates
A delegate is an individual authorized to book travel or update a profile on behalf of another traveler.

Travel Preferences
In the Travel Preferences section, you can set the following:
Flight, Hotel, Car, and Rail Preferences: Specify your preferences for flights, hotels, rental cars, and rail travel, including details about traveler reward programs.
Passports and Visas: Enter information about your passports and visas.
National ID Number: Provide your National ID Number.
Known Traveler Number: Enter your Known Traveler Number for expedited security screening.
Redress Number: Input your Redress Number to resolve any travel-related issues.
Display Settings
In the Display Settings section, you can customize the following preferences:
Date Format: Choose your preferred format for displaying dates: Month, Day, Year or Day, Month, Year.
Time Format: Select your preferred time format: 12-hour or 24-hour clock.
Time Zone: Choose the time zone that corresponds to your location.
Notifications:
Notifications contain information and updates about your Travel Reservations. You can have them sent to you by email or mobile text. You can also have them sent to friends, family, and colleagues.
