How to Share Trips

 

You can now easily email itinerary options to others, which is particularly useful for delegates who book travel on behalf of others. This new feature allows delegates to select and send the most relevant flight options to travelers, who can then choose their preferred option directly from the email. This new feature streamlines the process of selecting and booking travel, making it easier to manage and communicate options effectively.

Key Features:

  • Supported Itineraries: This functionality is available for one-way, round-trip, and multi-city itineraries.

  • Variety of Options: You can share different fare tiers and cabin classes, and even modify travel dates to offer a range of options.

How to Use the Share Trip Feature:

  1. Initiate Sharing:

    • On the last leg of a trip, select Share Trip to start the sharing process.

  1. Select Itinerary Options:

    • A modal will open where you can begin composing your email and choose which itinerary options to include.

    • You can add additional outbound or return flight options by using the links at the bottom of the modal.

    • Up to 8 flight itinerary options can be added to a single email. For more options, you can send additional emails.

3. Email Notification:

  • The email will be sent from the email address stored in your profile.

  • Travelers will receive an email with the itinerary options, where they can select their preferred flight by clicking the Select button.

  • Travelers can also add a message before clicking Notify to send their selection.

  1. Complete the Booking:

  • The arranger will receive an email with the traveler's selected option and any additional notes.

  • The arranger can then return to the site to finalize the booking as requested.
