Changing / Canceling a Car Service Reservation on the New Platform

You can make changes to a car service reservation, or cancel it.

To select the reservation, follow these steps:

1. On the Home page, click the Reservation tab, locate the trip, and click the trip title to expand the trip information.  
2. . Click the View Details link to view the details. The Reservation Summary page appears.

To change the reservation:

1. Scroll down the page and locate your Car Service reservation.  Click the Change Car Service link to make changes to it.
2. Select the provider as described in Reserving / Adding Car Service on the New Platform.

Note: Each car service provider has a timeframe for changes made online. Check with the provider for specifics. 

To cancel the reservation:

1. Scroll down the page and locate your Car Service reservation.
2. Click the Remove link. Remember to review the rules and restrictions before canceling the reservation. The Reservation Cancelled page appears.  
3. Click Done when finished.
