Setting Up Corporate Card Feeds
As an administrator, you can assign employees with a corporate card to the appropriate corporate card feed for transactions. The corporate card feeds should already be set up with your issuing banks.
Expense supports the use of company-paid corporate cards, in which the card balance due is paid by the company directly to the financial institution, as well as individual-paid corporate cards in which the card balance due is paid by the individual employee directly to the financial institution.
To assign users to corporate credit card feeds, click the Corporate Card Feeds link in the left column of the Services | Expense page.
The Corporate Card Feeds page appears with a list of company card programs. Next to the "Show:" label, you can click the All, Active, or Inactive tabs to show all programs, only the active programs, or only the inactive programs. The Assign/Unassign Accounts section shows a list of partial card numbers.
For each card, click the Select employee link, and select the employee that should be assigned to the card. You can enter a partial name or email address to search for employees. Click the radio button for the employee to assign to the card, and click Save.
Once the card has been assigned to the employee, the employee can see the card in the Digital Wallet and add transactions on the card to expense reports.
