Changing or Canceling a Car Service Reservation

You can make changes to a car service reservation, or cancel it.

To select the reservation, follow these steps:

1. On the Home page, click the Activity tab in the Upcoming section, locate the trip, and click the trip title to expand the trip information.  
2. Hover your pointer over the car service reservation, and a circled arrow appears on the right side. Click the arrow to view the details. The Reservation Summary page appears.

To change the reservation:

1. Click the Edit Reservation link to make changes to it.
2. Select the provider as described in Reserving or Adding Car Service.

Note: Each car service provider has a timeframe for changes made online. Check with the provider for specifics. 

To cancel the reservation:

1. Click the Cancel link. Remember to review the rules and restrictions before canceling the reservation. The Reservation Cancelled page appears.  
2. Click Done.
